  • Export data for internal use

The Service is provided on a subscription basis.

3. Accounts & User Responsibilities

To use ProLead.app, you must create an account and provide accurate information.

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Ensuring that data uploaded to the platform is lawfully obtained and processed

You may not:

  • Share accounts in violation of your subscription plan
  • Use the Service for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes
  • Upload data you do not have the right to process

4. Subscription Plans & Limits

ProLead.app offers multiple subscription plans with different usage limits, which may include:

  • Number of business cards per year
  • Number of events
  • Number of users
  • Access to AI enrichment features

Plan limits are enforced automatically. Exceeding limits may require upgrading your subscription.

All limits are annual unless stated otherwise.

5. Payments & Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed annually unless otherwise specified.
  • Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with prior notice.
  • Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or termination of access.

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you upload to ProLead.app.

By using the Service, you grant ProLead a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

We do not claim ownership of your leads or content.

7. AI Features & Disclaimer

ProLead.app uses artificial intelligence to provide data extraction, enrichment, analysis, and scoring.

AI-generated outputs:

  • Are provided for informational and decision-support purposes only
  • May contain inaccuracies or incomplete information
  • Should not be relied upon as the sole basis for business decisions

Users remain fully responsible for how AI outputs are used.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Upload sensitive personal data without proper authorization
  • Send spam or unsolicited communications
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the Service

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules.

9. Data Protection & Privacy

Our use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

You agree to comply with applicable data protection laws when using ProLead.app.

10. Service Availability

We strive to provide uninterrupted access to the Service but do not guarantee availability at all times.
